wow sorry for so late a replay. the package is just an mmip file it is for mediamonkey 3.x
if it will not auto install by double clicking it when monkey is open. check and see if the monkey has some sort of trouble in the version you got, there was an error in it. but you can still change it to zip, and unzip the file then you will see and .msz file in there just copy that to the mediamonkeys skin folder in his program files folder. then start monkey and pick the skin. as said in the description on the screen shot page this is a huge skin 1280 wide x 1024 high.
